Tiserrie on USQ: Pret a fermé



The landlord wanted to triple the rent from $35,000 to $85,000 after only 3 years of renting and after spending several millions on renovating his store...
The lease was up and there was nothing else we could do in order to avoid these actions. He took us to court and eventually we decided it was time to move on. After negotiating we brought it down to $60,000 a month, which selling croissants and coffee doesn't really cut it!
